Joseph James Monter, 77, of Killbuck, Ohio, an Air Force Veteran, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2024, after fighting a brave battle with cancer. He was born and raised in Alliance, Ohio and grew up on a dairy farm where he lived until he joined the Air Force in 1966.
