Rita R. Grover

Rita R. Grover 85, of Millersburg, Ohio passed away February 6, 2026, at Greenridge Assisted Living following a period of declining health.

Private Services will be held.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Buckeye Hospice 600 East Smith Road Medina, Ohio 44256.

Rita was born July 11, 1940, in Akron, Ohio and was the daughter of Paul S. Ripley. She married Frank R. Grover of Hillsboro, Ohio and he preceded her in death on March 20, 2018. Rita was a bus driver for 30 years, driving for West Holmes Local Schools and Highland County Schools. Rita loved singing, she previously sang with the Sweet Adelines. Rita enjoyed puzzles, she also was an animal lover, especially horses and kittens.

Rita is survived by her children, Daniel T. (Fiancée Lettie Austin) Snyder, Genie (Rick) Davis, Dale A. Snyder; grandchildren Mike Decker, Daniel T. (Megan) Snyder Jr., Dale A. Snyder; great-grandchildren Bradley A. Snyder Jr, Emily Snyder, Cody Snyder, Hayley Snyder, Collin Snyder, Chloe Snyder, and Jace Snyder.

In addition to her husband Rita was preceded in death by her grandson Bradley A. Snyder, brothers Paul Ripley, Louie Ripley, Bill Ripley, and sister Sandra Glenn.
